It is still winter here, snow and all and I was in desperate need of a little pick-me-up. Stopped at the flower shop, sat and had some coffee and took in all the colors and smells.
I left, not with potted, blooming tulips or daffodils, I left with two orchids. Who would've thunk it.
I bought Paph. delenatii 'Pink Elephant' and Phal. Brother Spring Dancer '1244' ( Be Tris x Timothy Christopher ) and I was happy.
The mystery orchid was given to me by a lady down sizing her collection and was in tight bud. There is no name tag and she can't remember what it is. I have been giving it Oncidium care and will have to repot after bloom. Does Oncidium care and small orchid mix sound right to you? A smaller pot as well. I would appreciate your input. In advance, thanks a lot!
