More orchids
I just had to go back and get that oncidium with the large pseudobulb. I also got another oncidium while I was at it. If anyone is interested in a milt or oncidium division or a peloric mini phal, please let me know. I would prefer local pickup.
The first oncidium is a Wilsonara Golden Afternoon. The second oncidium is apparently an Odontocidium Tiger Crow 'Golden Girl'. All I need now is an ID for the milt.

I hope you are not thinking about dividing your plants. They seem much too small at this time. Your oncidiums are lovely. They look a bit like Colmanara Space Race and Tiger Crow Girl, or one of their relations. (I have no Idea what the new name is). I really like the yellow and brown brassia look, but fate has given me pink, red, white, and purple oncidiums recently. Please give them a bit more sun.

I actually took the picture after I divided the Tiger Crow Golden Girl (BTW thanks for the ID!). I did not divide the other oncidium. I just got these today, and I have placed them in a shaded southern window.
I think the blooms on the other oncidium are too big to be Colmanara Space Race. This oncidium has one of the largest pseudobulbs I have ever seen!

I totally understand, but I just don't want to deal with the hassle of shipping.
I'm only trying to find a new home for it since I've never really had much success with growing mini phals. The medium always dries out unevenly in the small pots and I'm not exactly sure when to water. And since most mini phals come planted in sphagnum moss, I think the stress of switching to a bark medium combined with my erratic watering eventually kills them. I just switched this one to Hydroton, so hopefully the medium can dry out better.

Look up Wilsonara "Golden Afternoon." It looks like the spitting image. I am not sure how large the P-bulbs get, but my Bellaria bulbs are huge.
