Trader Joe's Bargain!

I found this overgrown miltonopsis at Trader Joe's. The blooms were fading, so I asked for a discount and got it for half off! I was originally going to get an oncidium. The particular oncidium had a very large pseudobulb (about the size of a grown man's fist) in a relatively small pot for its size. Anyway, I have been able to repot and divide the orchid. Two plants for the price of half!

Edit: For those of you who are wondering, I purposely positioned the milts in the center of the pots since there were multiple leads.

next time you divide, position the divisions with their old pbulbs snug against the edge of the pot. milts don't like to be repotted and this ensures a couple season's worth of growth before having to repot again.

Actually, I positioned the orchid in the center of the pot since there were multiple leads.

I already removed the faded blooms before I took the pic.

I think I have the only Trader's that doesn't get Milts in. I never find them there.
