That's leaf spotting fungus. It usually won't kill the orchid but it's unsightly. You can use a fungicide to try to keep it from spreading. Orchids grown outdoors, here in Florida, usually have a lot of that on their leaves.
People are probably getting tired of hearing me talk about this, but one way to cut down on fungus problems is to give your orchid more calcium. First of all, use a fertilizer that contains calcium and magnesium. Many fertilizers don't have it. Secondly, use a calcium/magnesium supplement once or twice a month. Ask your local garden supply store what cal/mag supplements they have available. It will take about six months, but eventually you will stop having fungus problems.
