If the blossoms have been open for several weeks, and they seem to be getting thinner in texture, it's perfectly normal, as Puddin mentioned.
If, on the other hand, the blossoms are fairly new, droopiness indicates the plant does not have sufficient water to sustain the osmotic pressure necessary to keep them turgid. That can be due to underwatering, or due to the fact that the roots have suffocated (because of old, overly-compact potting medium and/or saturation), have died and cannot take up water.
