Perhaps a couple of leads:
a. Brian at Seattle Orchids carries a few of them from time to time, but they are quite spendy...
b. Asuka Orchids used to carry them, but quit doing so recently; you might see if one of their suppliers can get you some.
c. I have gotten them in flask from Troy Meyers in the past; he may be able to at least provide you with an email address or two of growers that he's sent flasked plants to.
d. Dr. Heinrick Beryle (at least I think that's the correct spelling) grows several varieties; he exports from Germany; there were a group of us (here on the OB) that went in on a group order through his nursery. I do not know if there will be another group order this summer, but you might look in the Orchid Lounge forum here to see if anybody is setting one up.
I'm not aware of any of the big nurseries that regularly carry the species; if I run across anything in my travels I'll pass it on.
Adam
