This orchid starting developing these black spots all over. What is it?

It could be some type of infection or simply damage to the leaves due to pests or an imperfect environment. It's really hard to diagnose these things even in person let alone from a few Internet pictures.

Have you tried physan or Listerine or H2O2 treatment? In any case you should segregate it from the rest of your plants.

Ok I will, thanks. I figured it would be hard to diagnose. It's already been there for a while but it has gotten much much worse over the past 2 weeks.

Try staugorchidsociety.org. One of the better sites dealing with ailments on orchids. Looks like a form of guignardia. But yes, segregate it from your other plants. Don't get water on the leaves. and wash your hands after handling the plant.
