are my aridang dendrobium buds healthy ??
Hi,
I recently i purchased green aridang den. but buds for more than 2 weeks are not showing any improvements.
Please look at pics attached, are buds drying or is it going in dormant stage ? Should i cut the den branch so that new growth will come ?
thanks

It must have bloomed, or developed and dropped buds before you got it

Looks as if it has completed a cycle. I have found my Dens grow numerous new roots before going into spike and later budding.

Buds will look like this
It looks like yours is a phalaenanthe type Den. It's likely new growth will start soon, if it hasn't already
