Vanda with crown rot

The middle part of the plant have robust roots. "Top" it or count a couple of leaves below the last middle root and cut it there. You will have two Vandas as a result.
If you cut the two topmost leaves it will grow new leaves again just as you cut the middle part the one below will produce new leaves and even a basal keiki as a result.
But if you want a very tall Vanda then don't bother to top it.
