Default Seaweed extract

I first started using Neptune's Harvest a few months ago. Then I switched to KelpMax and I see a difference. With the KelpMax even some of the older roots have started branching off and are starting new little root shoots. I use one tablespoon per gallon, once a month.

I think KelpMax is a good choice. Ray only sells quality products. I use Maxicrop Liquid Seaweed and I've had excellent results with it.

I crush a dry pill from a health food store, add to crushed egg shell in a coffee grinder, and sprinkle dry on the top of the medium.

I did a lot of research on kelp extracts, and learned that in addition to-, and possibly even more important than the type of seaweed used, is how it is processed and stored.

Anything that chemically extracts, digests, heats, masticates, or dries the kelp will degrade the active chemicals in it.

I second Tucker- I have been using Maxicrop for just over 6 months now and it has been wonderful to the overall vigor of my plants and also for new root formation!
