Oh, for God's sakes. Those poor doggies, having to participate in our paranoia.

Regardless, it is here and much larger than I expected. I'll need to repot it soon. The spikes are still very small, I guess they'll open in the spring?

Hooray! Through the doggies and homeland security and whatever other crazy crap, you got your plants!

Well, the dogs like it because its something to do. Drug dogs are like walking vacuums with ADHD.
Its strange that your tracking was so far off. I haven't had that problem with USPS before.

Glad you got it. When booking a flight to the Carribean I don't want an US transit. Cant't help thinking there is some craziness going on.

Glad you got it. It looks ok then? I have a dog that needs a job. So then he won't drag me around when I am trying to feed the horse

I'll try to make a video of it (and my other orchids) and upload it to my YouTube channel. I'll post the link here when it is uploaded.

LOL!
I'm a crazy dog lady. I have three Labs. Two of my labs have their CGC and I'm working on getting therapy dog certification for my younger dog. He's the sort of dog that is not content just being a house dog (we think he may have some border collie in him) so he needs a job and I've done a LOT of research on canine jobs. So... I happen to know something here that might help you sleep better at night.
Many drug sniffing dogs could not live an ordinary life as a house dog. These dogs usually have an extremely high energy level that does not allow them to enjoy a quiet life on a sofa. A lot of times, shelter dogs who have been deemed unadoptable, and put on the euthanasia list, are put there, because no ordinary dog owning family could handle them. BUT they can go through a program to learn to become a search and rescue dog, or a bomb sniffing dog and they will live a full and wonderful life that way.
So, if you think about it, our paranoia works out for the best because even if it doesn't save human lives, it does save canine lives.

Wow, that's sort of embarassing for us as a country. But, you're right, euplusia - we are sort of nuts here. Not the people, but some of the government stuff. Our people are really pretty cool!
