The seller said he was going to call today and see what he could do. He's a trustworthy seller, as I said. I've ordered from him before without issue and was happier with the plants than I thought I would be.

No, it's a certified nursery as I stated. The seller is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It's USPS/CDFA's issue.
Does the seller have to fill out the form or can I fill out a lost package form on USPS's website?
