It's like the Carly Simon tune- "Anticipation, it's keeping me waiting".

Probably some one with limited knowledge about CITES or believes they know it all. I run across this all the time even with seeds. I would go online and fill out in a trace request or a complaint form.

The seller said he was going to call today and see what he could do. He's a trustworthy seller, as I said. I've ordered from him before without issue and was happier with the plants than I thought I would be.

No, it's a certified nursery as I stated. The seller is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It's USPS/CDFA's issue.

Does the seller have to fill out the form or can I fill out a lost package form on USPS's website?

It came today. Right after it was delivered, it said "departed post office" in the tracking and delivered immediately after... Still never says it arrived in the state.

Regardless, it is here and much larger than I expected. I'll need to repot it soon. The spikes are still very small, I guess they'll open in the spring?
