You could string a wire across the windows and space it out so that you have room for multiple rows of plants. I'm trying to figure out how to do this in my office.

Well, after your comments and my googling, I think I'm probably going to do some sort of curtain rod and S hooks so I can slide them over and such. Then, I'll either buy one of those clip hooks like I saw on repotme or make something out of some sort of thick bendable wire. I see the hangers that make like a /\ over the pot, but I don't want to damage any leaves or put obstacles in the way of any spikes. However, I also don't want the plants slipping sideways and possibly pouring out... So the /\ gives it a more upright hang if that makes any sense.
I'm bad with this kind of stuff...
I have a picture of how I want it to look and function in my mind, I may even draw a diagram, but I don't know how to accomplish it. When I DIY things, I tend to not see an easier way and I make all sorts of trouble (and messes) for myself when someone else might be like, "why didn't you just do such in such?"
Keep any ideas coming and I'll let you know what I end up doing. The orchids will probably sit somewhere away from the cats for a while until I can figure this out.

Go to a Menards or Home Depot and browse. Sometimes the perfect idea will hit you in the weirdest section of a store like that. I just did that yesterday. Made curtains for my daughters top bunk bed and was trying to figure out the right rod. Couldn't find anything that would work and look good. Browsed around and found an 1/8 inch conduit that was perfect after putting a couple of bends in the end. A quick paint job and she has her own private space.

Also, if you know someone who does macrame, you can have them make hangers with a hoop just below the spot where you actually hang the plant from and your /\ could be | | by the plant itself.

When macrame was a big deal in the 70's I use to make hangers all the time. But now they look bulky to me.
Wonder if I could still do it?

I have made a few. If you use small twine/rope they are not bulky at all.

Lady Soren, I know where you are coming from! All but one of my orchids (a large phal) are in cat proof zones. I have a couple different methods. One is an indoor greenhouse (about 6 feet tall, 3 feet wide, 12 inch depth), that I bought from Ikea years ago, where many of my orchids live. I also have one in a hanging terrarium. I keep the orchid within its own pot in the terrarium, which hangs from a hook in the ceiling. I have another terrarium with a houseplant as well. I have a few other plants that hang close to the ceiling in wire baskets that I purchased from Kinsman & Company. For hanging baskets, I use hooks that screw into the ceiling.

Tension rods in the windows and attach the pots to them. Smaller mounted plants can be on heavy duty suction cups. I have small pots in suction cup shower holders designed for shampoo bottles (rec. by another member on here) I can post pics if you would like to see it

In garden centers you can get hooks, which mount to wooden window frames. If you place one on either side of the window, you can place a rod between them (see photo). That gives you hanging arrangement, som 8-12" back from the window.
If windows are too wide, you have to look for studs in the ceiling. Screw two sturdy hooks into studs, and using a 20-30 lb chain you can suspend a heavier rod.
One way to suspend smaller pots, is to use wire hangers for pants. Remove the cardboard tube and bend the two sides of the hanger together. Drill 2 small holes in the pot, and hook it up.
