My dog chew the leaves of my Phal leaving only the tip of the crown... It was a Phal that had finished it's blooming period and has 3 new roots growing, one of them is about 1.5".
The saddest part is that when I saw into what was left of the leaves, by opening one, there was a little new leave growing!!!
Do you think it can recover? As always, any tips will be highly appreciated!!
Put it in a high place where the dog cant get to it. Once the dog got the taste of it will keep on chewing the plant given the chance. If you say you saw a new leaf then it will live. The roots and the new leaf just proves how tenacious Phals can be and can withstand abuse.
