I'm sure they are both NoIDs? They were both purchased at Lowes. Both are in plastic pots with lots of slots on the side and holes on the bottom. I use Orchid fertilizer every watering. The fertilizer is diluted to a level that is supposed to be correct for every watering. I have a wooden spike in each pot that I check once a week for dryness. If it is dry, I water the plant. As a generalization the plants get watered once a week in the summer and once every two weeks in the winter. Each watering is about one cup. I use to submerge the pots in the water for about 5 minutes and then let them drain, but I've quit that practice. The plants are potted in a wood bark mixture that is made for orchids. They get bright light most of the day and very little direct sun. The direct sun is very late afternoon in the summer. The foliage is very dark green, sturdy, and healthy looking. Both plants have about 5-6 leaves. The blooming one has very large leaves, 9-10 inches long and yellow blooms. The non-blooming one has shorter leaves, 6-7 inches long and has pink blooms.
