Ok. Well if you have good quality water I'd try and water more frequently. I know this may scare some, but in my hands Bellina like it constantly warm and constantly moist. Plus bark can be annoying to get 'rewet' enough to hold water if it dries too much. In my space bark needs watering once every 2-4 days to stay moist, but it may be different in your conditions.

Yes I agree on the watering, but they are better to go slightly dry than staying wet so don't over do it.

That is bad news, it isn't looking good for it is it. My P. tetrapis C1 is doing really well in just sphagnum moss, so you could try and keep it warm but light to shady. Don't mistake warm for bright sun.

Check the roots first.
If your roots are rotted, you have overwatered the phals.
If your roots are shrivelled, you have underwatered the phals.

Your phals leaves are turning yellow, and the new leaves looks sick too, and your stem is turning yellow. It might have some infection.
If your phal as some infection, and you start lots of watering, it may quickly lead to a phal rot.

Maybe a warmer location may help. Bellinas needs a warmer and humid culture.

Agree with what sthh has said there. That will be a sure sign of what's going on with the watering situation. Repotting it could stress it, adding to the issues it's already having. I don't know that I would step up the fertilizing... it might not so much be the macro nutrients that are lacking here... this seems to be a mystery... if you have a Vanda and a Paph growing in that same exposure the sun shouldn't be the issue either.

The mystery continues... keep us updated!

Don't fertilize a sick plant, let it recover first. And do try to pot it in good quality sphagnum; then keep it damp but not wet. You should also try using a seaweed extract to help it recover.

Ray's KelpMax has been getting some great reviews. I have just started using it.
