i have a question about my Vanda tessellata

does it grow better on bark on a pot or with no media and just hangging?

Well that depends on your humidity and watering schedule... If its really dry in your area then potted in bark but if you're willing to water it heavily at least once a day u could grow it bare root either way make sure that the roots get plenty of air movement and dry up before you water again.
