These like to dry quickly after watering so they do well either in a fast draining/drying medium and small pot or mounted.

I am not sure how you have been caring for it but these are in the cattleya family so their needs are similar in lighting, temps, etc. I have found that cattleyas benefit from a steady source of calcium, too. Here are two sites that I have found useful for diagnosing problems....
Orchid Pests, Orchid Diseases

Just a guess not knowing how you cared for them. Too much water. Not enough light. Too cold. Mealy bugs in the leaf axil. Most likely cause was bad culture before you bought it as orchids are slow growers and damage is not always evident right away. Let it dry out and repot into a medium bark. No sphagnum moss until new roots are showing. If there is soft rot on the top of the pbulbs, keeping it dry may arrest it's spread. You can take a razor blade, cut off the soft rotted part, dust with cinnamon, and hope.

Is it just one that is soft? If so, you should remove it so that the rot doesn't spread to the others. Have you been misting or getting water on the leaves? I just murdered a sedirea japonica and a aerides by accidentally getting water on them while misting the roots of some of my other orchids. :|
The dropping of the leaves as you show is the usual sign of crown rot. You can try using isopropyl alcohol on the tops of any bulbs that haven't gone soft to try to stop the spread. I've found this to be effective as long as the rot hasn't gone too far. When watering, add a little powdered milk to the water, too, or, if you have some calcium additive for plants, that is what others would recommend. If you can save the p-bulbs, they will sprout new growths.

last time I've been remove one pseudobulb from this orchid because of the rot and used cinnamon on the spot I cut. But now all the pbulb are soft so I don't known how I can do with it.I did not water it a lot so the roots all crunchy and dry out.right now I just cut all the roots and try water culture hope it will help save my favorite orchid. If not then I have to say goodbye to my love

I know many are very big on the cinnamon but I haven't have much luck with using it. I have better luck with isopropyl alcohol.
From the pictures, they don't look too bad. I would wet them well with isopropyl alcohol and put them in a warm, dry place. Any obvious black/brown, mushy (rotting) parts should naturally be removed with a sharp knife that has been sterilized by bleach or flame. If they are brown or black and dry, they are will be fine. They might be soft due to a loss of water if you cannot confirm rot.
Without being able to examine the plants, I'm pretty horrible at diagnosing problems, unfortunately. I can just guess at what might be wrong after looking as closely at the pictures and learning how you've been growing it. :| I do hope that you can save this. If you can keep those growths green, they will put out a new growth (or two).
