I see there are only three leaves left though, maybe something is wrong.
The only yellow phals I've seen were litereally yellow, like bright lemony yellow with just hint of some green stripes along the leaf length.

Yeah, I know!.... The original leaves were light green and they turned AND grew new ones - yellow like this. Go figure!
The only "similar" Phal I can recall was owned by a member Pilot, it was a mini (sogo vivien varigated?). I remember him saying that the plant was barely growing because it was naturally lacking chloroform.
