Cercospora is my guess. I've seen it lots of times. It will eventually infect your other plants. Proceed how you think best. But not mites or virus.

This is probably the best idea. As I said quarantine it from your other orchids and get some Phytosan and always drench it with a fairly strong dose of it for a while and see what happens. Fertilize and add whatever hormones etc. you like too, such as kelp extract.

Make sure you do not use the same tools on this plant and your other plants without sterilizing them with a flame or at least phytosan. Ideally, don't share the items at all unless you have a pressure cooker or even better a professional autoclave to process them between uses.

Thank you , I will probably test them for virus and if they don't test positive I will treat them for fungus and mites
