Spidermites and fungus, yes. But the first picture looks like virus, which makes sense that it would be an older leaf showing the most symptoms.

Cercospora is my guess. I've seen it lots of times. It will eventually infect your other plants. Proceed how you think best. But not mites or virus.

Thank you , I will probably test them for virus and if they don't test positive I will treat them for fungus and mites
