had fallen in love with this little thing; then after much back n forth of whether to feed it my orchid 20-20-20 (weak dilution) , the leaves started to curl then turn white. now i'm sick...
Posting pictures can make us help you better....your plant is one of the 'Jewel Orchids' and you go easy on fertilizer with these plants....as of now flush your pot to remove fertilizer crystal deposits on the roots....maybe 5 minutes under the faucet of your sink....I use seedling sized orchid mix added with a handful of potting soil....you need to water this weekly or until the mix is dry....I use k-lite fertilizer added with seaweed mix every other week and very weak diluted solution with water. My plant have spiked and will be posting pics of its blooms soon.

Your plant is endemic to lowland and hill forests of Borneo(equatorial plant), this is a miniature to small sized hot growing terrestrial orchid short stem and thin tiny wooly roots that is why you do not feed it too much fertilizer.
