Another update - spike is still growing as it should be, I can se something else, I don-t know if it is a branch or keiki, I hope for keiki of course. On the other picture you can see this whole Phal, it has another branch from half withered spike.

Camille is correct. There is no Keiki that has formed yet. The "leaf" on the terminal spike is just an overgrown bract. I think this plant will surprise you with a basal Keiki. However, this plant may be genetically predisposed to terminal spikes so you may go through this again with the Keiki.
