Oncdm Sharry baby No bloom :(

Heyyy Everyonee I need some help ... again
Few weeks back I bought an ocdm sharry baby that was blooming size , it looks healthy great roots and pseudobulbs , i keep it in a home greenhouse with t5 flourescent tubes at day it gets to 85 F i have fans and good humidity
At night it drops to 60 F . And no bloom ;/ Whyyy ??

If you have only bought it a few weeks ago and the plant was not already in bloom- it is likely getting adjusted to your growing conditions and hopefully in time, you should get your blooms.

*As a side note- blooming size does not guarantee that they are going to bloom right away- it merely means that the plant is big enough that it CAN bloom in its next growing season. Something to keep in mind...

The plant needs to be in the proper stage of growth, as well as having received sufficient light, proper care, etc.

Give it light, fertilizer, water, and patience. If I think a plant is getting good culture, I generally give it a year to bloom before I think something may need changing - tho depends upon how quickly new growth matures.

It was all already answered, and maybe little confusion on your side. Blooming size means exactly what is above - the plants is old enough in it's years to bloom at the time it is usual for the plant - in it's year cycle. If you wish to purchase the orchid that is actually in bloom at the time of purchase, you need to look for "in spike" or "with spikes" at the description. Make sure you follow the care for it, provide fertilizing, good light recommended and water, and it will bloom for you once it is it's time to bloom:-)
