i have a bulbophyllum lasiochilum that did ok this summer. i have it in a basket, but i am afraid it got a bit dry. the temperature rarely goes over 70 degrees, is it too cold for it to bloom? i was told that this plant will bloom in the fall. so far no blooms. any suggestions?
Mine has the biggest bloom in the late fall but it is grown in Catt light and it doesn't dry out. Mine is currently blooming and making new growths.

I have no idea if my siderea is big enough or mature enough. the summer temperature was 80 to 85 during summer. Could the temperature be too cold now? it is now about 70 f. The plant is under a fluorescent grow light . It is about 4 " away from fixture. Could I rescue the blooming season by really making sure it is wet all the time?
Two questions. Two plants sorry for the confusion.

I have two plants that I want to keep happy, one is a sedirea, the other a bulbophyllum. Bud replied regarding the sedirea. I still need to figure out what I am doing wrong for the bulbo.
Thank you for your patience with me!
