I have had this orchid since Sept. 2011. Had in various sites, at the moment in orchid house, with 70% shadecloth on top, but still not flowering. What am I doing wrong. Watering once a week, very hot here now, 28 - 30 deg. C. It is mounted on wood.

Mine grows mounted to a palm tree in almost full sun. It has new growths and vigorous root growth since I mounted it in the garden only about 3 mos ago. Has not flowered either.... maybe in the spring! The reddish coloration indicates that yours may have been in stronger light situation previously.
