I think I posted before too, but oh well! I live in Orlando, FL, USA. Whooo hooo, Florida! Great for orchid growing, except those rare "winter" nights/days. Then, all the babies come inside and I get to live in a jungle for a few days! It is fun, if you don't mind ducking through all the doorways to keep from knocking the vandas down. We have pretty good weather, but can't do any cool growing orchids...maybe indoors one day when I can buy some lights.

North coast new south wales, Australia. Hot, humid, hardly a frost in winter. Get cool sea breezes. I grow mainly paphs, well so far so good and a few other orchids and alot of carnivorous plants, most in a greenhouse now(spring, summer).

It's lovely to see you all from the US, but is there no one out there closer to my home in Normandy, France?

Hello Camille! I don't feel so lonely now! Hope I manage to be up to standard with these very good orchid growers! I've just received a phal gigentea, and I could do with some help on the kind of growing conditions it needs.
Thenks for any suggestions!
