That's good information! Thank you!

I believe that this older spike on this plant bloomed for the grower in the nursery. It was not in bloom when I purchased it, but I chose this plant because there was evidence that it had bloomed so I figured it was healthy enough to bloom again. For now, I'm just happy that it's growing like it is. There's always something to watch with it. It's always got a new root or a new leaf, nearly or something every week when I check on it. I like that.

That is great choice, once it bloomed for grower, that makes it blooming size orchid, so with good care it will bloom for you too:-)

So if it sends out a spike to test and it dry's up does that mean you flunked hee hee hee

LOL! I hope I don't flunk! I put a humidifier in my office and I go in there twice a day to make sure my little Dracula and my bulbo aren't dry. It better appreciate the attention!
