P.s. I recently moved that bulb up because of the beallara spike growing like a weed. It was lower when I first got the dendrobium and noticed it yellowing.

I don't think you have the light damage. If anything, it is probably too dark for the dendrobiums under that setting.
70-75 is great. even 60s during the day is, well, not great, but alright as far as overwintering.
Thing is when you leave the window open all night, how cool does it get?
Beallara will gladly take cool temperatures while many tropical dendrobiums will not be too happy with anything under 65.
I also do not think dehydration is the cause for the yellowing because those green leaves and the yellowing ones are plump.
The leaves will limp first before going yellow (and dry) when there is a severe underwatering.
So what is the night temperature?

I don't leave the windows open at night out there because it has been dipping into the 30s. Our first frost was actually 2 days ago. The agrometer was 69 this morning I believe. I wouldn't be surprised if the house reached into the mid to high 60s. The thermostat is set to kick on at 60 SNF the heat has not run so I know it's not that low.

Unfortunately, looks dyer to me. If you can't effectively isolate, then incinerate! I wouldn't risk possible infection of other plants.

Well, if you kept your windows closed, then I don't think the cold snap is to blame for the yellowing either.
hmmmm, this is really strange.
I have no clue then.

I had one do this exact thing last spring, thought I was going to lose it. I wiped it down with Listerine a couple times and it stopped doing whatever it was doing. I really don't know if it was the Listerine or not tho......Jean

Dendrobium will survive 100%, in canes is enough food. Forget about actual roots and leaves, all concentration must be in protecting the plant for fungus or infections, slow down watering. If you have 50-60% humidity, air circulation, around 68 degrees F and from time to time just spraying water in 2 - 3 months you have keikis.
Please, do not use chemicals.

This den is just getting ready to go to sleep. If there was an issue it would present itself on "all" the leaves and not oldest leaves first. It will drop leaves on or two at a time for the next two months and stay leafless until it pushes new growth in the spring. This is natural. There could be soft scale on the leaves. When it has lost most of it's leaves curtail watering as there is nothing going on to utilize the water. The canes have enough stored energy to produce new growth in spring. I would mix up a dilute mix of physan and give it a spray. There's nothing wrong with using chemicals correctly. Of the numerous dens I've had through the years, they have all looked like this in the fall.
