Default should I reduce the watering on my dove now?

the Dove leaves are looking on the yellow side. I am thinking growth has stoppes. I do see some baby growths on the side whwn repotting into small chunked lava rock. Bark mix and sphag mix staying to wet causing rot issues.

Heres what it looks like now.
