Help for my daughter's mini Phal? Female

This is growing in a windowsill in my home office, so no florescent lights, just sunshine. It is an east facing window and it sits maybe two inches from the glass. I have a bookshelf below the window that gets less light so I can move it there.

Thank you for your advice and help! I really appreciate it!
