it looks a bit too wet to me....be careful not to drown it! I would say water it only about every 2 weeks till it puts out some new growth...orchids need to be watered well, but only after they dry completely out...put it in a warm place for the winter, maybe a bathroom window if you have one...it will like the humidity...good luck!

Orchid looks pretty sad..... My best advice would try visiting a local grower and get their opinion.....their knowledge can provide valuable insight to local growing conditions that can lead to success.

If you choose to try to save it, I recommend patience...rescues in that state can take months/years to recover
