It looks like your plant made 2 more sprouts and has put all energy into them. Maybe the new on the left will flower. Try to give them a rest after the new lead is almost finished. The plant is healthy and strong enough to flower.

It looks like there is another sheath coming up and another new growth which could still flower.

By rest you mean less water and stop the fertiliser?
Yes there are 2 new sheaths on the new growth. I hope there will be some flowers from them
