New Flower Stems

Okay I want to say welcome first off.

Second looks like needs new media of a chunkier variety that looks to have completely broken down. The roots look healthy though. My mix has sphag chynks/charcoal/bark and I think perlite? Its by better gro for phalenopsis works pretty great for mine I have potted. Could you post pictures of the flower stems? If you are trying to post on an ipad it only allows to post one at a time..idk why but it just does....
