Hey that subliminal thing really works. One night I cralwed my hand (like a spider) over my wife's shoulder and she had a wicked dream about spiders!

A clear pot would sit very nicely inside a clay one to help control those darn top heavy orchids. Possibly your husband would not even notice the slow influx of the clear!

Well, dear hubby shocked me this morning! I decided to just blurt out my plans for clear pots AND new medium...all he said was "Oh, boy..."! Not the reaction I was expecting, but a good one nonetheless I'll do it gradually as my plants are not really in need of re-potting just yet
