Also if you want to increase your plant's chances of making it, you might consider cutting off the flower spike. In terms of energy, it is very expensive for the plant to try and maintain blooms while also trying to grow roots/leaves. Not to say it can't be done...but the struggle will be all the greater and the recovery period could be longer.

Thank you EricaMarie! It has such a small bloom compared to the other phals I have, it makes me want to save it all that much more hehe
