Talking im seeing new growth!!

Okay as a newbie it can feel daunting trying to keep a phal alive. When I first started growing orchids I started with walmart phal's. I over potted over watered and was using miracle gro for orchids....yeah they died....I then joined in July. I had cattleyas that I had ordered from home depot online. They had black rot...yeah they died 2....But I have since kept lots of chids alive.

I thus far have:
5 ocidiums/odontoglossums
3 dendrobiums (various)
2 gramm- wallissi and stapleflorum(had possible infection still kicking though!!!)
2 epidendrome (I think I spelled that wrong)
1 large schomburgkia
3 bulbo's
1 dove orchid
4 catasetums-my millenium is in spike
1 psychopsis
1 staphlogottis(sp)
2 vandas
3 paphs
And many more. I have also deflasked two sets of orchids. They are going on one month and 2 weeks. All still alive!!

I am also starting to see new growth! Want to tell everyone thanks on here for all the help! And to any newbies if I can do this in my hot dry zone so can you. Pictures are of new growths!

I am getting very excited. the Antennatum was mis tagged from a previous little person attack. I thought it was my epidendrome....lol, but even in the wrong bark mix it is doing well. lol.
