If it were sunburn it would have affected the upper leaves first. The potting medium looks like moss or other dense non draining material. I would say the medium isn't drying out even in 7 days and the plant is drowning. Looks like it stays too wet. This is what a drowning leaf looks like. Stale conditions in the pot.
