I can not find much information in my reference books on the care for this plant. I also tried going online without much information. I know it is from the African region. The plant is small with tiny yellow/gold flowers on the spike. I going to try and do better with positioning my plants for winter.

Grows as either an epiphyte or lithophyte.

Moderate indirect light.

Intermediate temperatures (55 F - 85 F).

Moderate air circulation.

Moderate humidity (50% - 60%).

Dry between waterings.

thank-you so much for all the information...I will try my best to keep it growing. Currently it is in a 2 inch pot with a coarse bark mixture. There is new growth and new roots. Should I use bark to transplant next time. I have 3 pseudobulbs on the plant.

Yes, use bark.

They grow moderately fast. Not too fast, not too slow.

They are miniatures. Plant stays small, flowers are small.

2" pot is fine.

You can grow Polystachya a little brighter than Phals.
