Sorry your Phal isn't doing well, I agree with WhiteRabbit, you just have to give it time, it's growing a new leaf, so that is really good!

In the mean-time, you might just need to go out, and get another orchid that has flowers on it!

that'll make you feel all better while you wait for your first Phal to recover
One important tip about orchids, they require you to have/gain patience, they take their pretty little time to grow, so don't expect anything fast.
