Starting tomorrow
I am going to be a cooking fool, and I know I am at least half right about that. I am going in the afternoon to pick up a 15-16# turkey. I also am cooking a NY Shell Roast on the rotisserie. About 6-8#. We will have the traditional trimmings. Dressing, Brussels Sprouts Casserole, Holiday Peas, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Seven Layer Salad with Peppercorn Ranch Dressing, Blueberry Pie, Cherry Pie, Deviled Eggs and Homemade Cinnamon Ice Cream. Happy Thanksgiving!! 
I hope everyone enjoys it very much,and has a geat time with family and friends. I'm doing it on Friday this year since I have a fencing tournament Thursday night which I do not want to miss!
I am celebrating it alone this time, just me and the orchids. A friend was supposed to join, but she fell and hit her head, and suffered complete memory loss for a few days. She's out of the hospital, but not well enough to come.  Hope she gets better soon.
