A new Flower stem? Female
Default A new Flower stem?

My hopeful thinking is that this is the beginning of a flower stem on my Phalaenopsis.....OR is this just another root.....

Also, please note this white rim on the one leaf, this plant came this way, and no matter how many new leaves come along....it seems to materialize again....

May have a little sunburn on this one also....

I know the expertise will flow in....

Very har to tell on this photo. But the thing that looks like a green pea could be a stem. If it get less green when drying up it probably is a root.
But I would give you another advice. You have some water in the crown. Be carefull so you do not get crown rot! make sure no water is standing in the crown.....

Which part are you talking about, I can't see it >_< If it's the brown tipped one you're talking about it's a root.

Your medium looks really wet, take care with the watering!

It's a root, and you have the plant potted too deeply. The base of the leaves should not be covered by the medium.
