I was wondering the very same thing. It would be nice because I can never get on the computer at night as dear hubby is on it.

Well i ordered from US before. There were some problems at the begining but other than that it went fine. A minus is that the postage can be expensive.

Island Girls, I can relate to your post The electronical version would take much less space thats true.
But what is better to grab a dusty old magazine that is 20 years old ? :P
Besides, with electronical version, you're again stuck with the computer, staring at the screen... But with the paper version you take it with you outside, sit on the porch and read :P. thanks for the info btw.

I also noticed that the Orchids magazine from the AOS is sent every month. Total of 12 issues, others are published every 3 months, total of 4 issues. and the price is almost the same.

hmmmm

I don't know much about international shipping, but I do know, that the AOS routinely ships their magazine worldwide... So it may not cause you any problems... but I don't know. I hope not!!!

Oh yes... You understand! I don't like being attached to a computer screen, and it's so much easier to read a (paper) book/magazine when you're sitting on your porch, laying in your hammock! hmm... life's good!

I have to say, I do like getting a magazine every month, I think if I had to wait for a "quarterly" mag, that I'd be in need of more reading material! Lol. And, as with anything, some issues are more interesting than others, but I do enjoy them, and sometimes, if I don't have time to read, I'll just flip thru it, and look at the pics that's good too!

I would recommend Orchids from the AOS for you.

I think Orchid DIgest is easily the best magazine around but for a general magazine for a new grower you can't go wrong with Orchids.
