So my boyfriend comes home last night and says he was "forced" to take detour because of traffic and "just happened" to pass by the nursery that always has really good orchids. Since he was right there he thought he would go in and "just look around". Well, long story short - he ends up buying me 6 new orchids.

Did I mention that I just bought 8 new plants the previous week?
I might have a problem and I think this is what you call enabling.

ha ha! A job helps!
He is pretty cool.
None are in bloom right now but this is what he bought me-

1) Blc. Pisgah Raspberry
2) Paph. (Makuli-Curtisii) Maudiae x Paph. Maudiae 'Napa Valley'
3) Blc. Hawaiian Passion 'Carmela"
4) Phal. Golden Jaguar
5) No Id , some kind of purple Catt
6) No Id, a crazy vigorous Phal with tons of green roots.

What a nice guy! And looks like he has a good eye for orchids. The Hawaiian Passion 'Carmela' is a beauty and if memory serves has a lovely fragrance.
