Default problem with strange spots on the leaves

Hi... beginner Carmenangeles here!!! I have some very young plants and they have developed something that I haven't been able to identify... it begins with a white spot, like paper, and it grows and grows, some of them have a like a black outline... it began with one plant and now I think all of the have the spots... otherwise, the leaves without spots look healthy... I have pictures, if anyone wants to see them...
I'm getting anxious, wouldn't like to lose them!!
Can anyone help me, please???!!!!
THANKS!!
looking closely at the picture... they do have the black outline!!!
I have more pictures!!

Welcome to orchidboard! Looks like sunburn. How much sun is it getting and at what time of the day?

I have them in a place where they get some sun and some shadow... maybe I should try moving them?

This definitely looks like sunburn to me! I would move them to an area where they get less direct sun, but still have bright light. The leaves should be somewhat like a light-olive green color.

Many orchids do not like direct sunlight= sunburn.

Hmmmm. (rubs chin). Wouldn't it affect the entire plant if it were sunburn and kept spreading? Most sunburn looks like dark areas on the leaf. Sometimes it can be confused with bacterial brown spot. Sometimes bacterial brown spot stays dark in the interior dry areas and sometimes it turns papery beige. But if it continues to spread, it is bacterial brown spot. Here are some pics to help you decide. If either, cut out affected areas and dab on cinnamon to the cut edges to stop any further damage.

Sunburn.
Then the affected area got fungi infestation as the yellow rings around the black rings....that is getting bigger.
Cut the infected part and try to save the green part ....it will still produce food for the plant....the other lower leaves are also starting to burn.
better put it in a shaded area.

*your pot is too large for that kind of plant. ...they want to be potbound. Get a smaller pot ....maybe a five inches pot that James have in his picture.

To me looks like Cladosporium Orchideorum , cut affected part of the leave and disinfect, increase air circulation and reduce humidity.

You need lots of air circulation to help, use an electric fan to blow around your orchids.
