As long as there is green, there is hope. I would definitely use some seaweed to promote some root growth on it.

You could try soaking it in whatever your preferred root simulator is, and going from there. I'm not sure how emotionally attached you are to this plant, and what you hope to get out of it - but my experience of all the psychopsis I've seen anywhere (maybe a hundred fifty plants total) is that only ones that are more mature, with a few bulbs etc, will actually spike and bloom. So this one might be pretty far off from that. That's only my own take though.

I'm sorry to hear the plant came without roots. I would try to call the vendor, as sometimes all of our e-mail inboxes become full. And I agree with silken: green=hope.

Here is a picture of mine in a basket. I'm not sure why it's posting upside down, but you get the idea.

Looks great! What is your watering regime with that setup?

I too agree there is hope - depending on what you are hoping for!

Thank you! I water it about 3 times a week. I let it fully dry out before watering it again, unless there is a flower or decent sized bud. At that point, I let it almost dry out, but not totally before watering.

Mine is blooming for at least the second time on the same spike (I bought it in bloom, so I don't know if it had bloomed before) and it has only one mature pseudo bulb and a new growth. It has lots of roots though.
