Question Which of your orchids are most proud of?

OK, so...

Question 1, to get discussion flowing:

1. What orchid in your collection are you most happy with/most proud of?

I know this is like asking which of your children you love the most, but try anyway.

Edit: Forgot to answer my own question...

This may just be a noid white phal from IKEA, but it was in kinda sorry shape when we got it but we've managed to nurse it back to health and the blooms have actually lasted longer than any of my other orchids. So I may have prettier "pedigreed" orchids, but this one is the lovable mutt that got rescued from certain death at a big box store.

Good going Steve! Thanks...the 'chid I'm most astounded by (for now, anyway) is my Phal Maraldee Brother...it's been in bloom with the same flowers for the five months that I've had it, and is now sprouting out additional blooms! It's like the Everready bunny...just keeps going and going and going...

Great topic...my favorite would have to be the one that has added 4 keiki's to my collection....Dendrobium Christina Princess. The picture is a bit to be desired, photo skills I have none. Not showing as dominate as the real thing are the purple tips on the pedals. The "den" bloomed for 3 1/2 months and made momma very proud.

C'mon people, I know you've got more plants that you want to talk about! Where is everyone?

also, as an aside...the white phal that I talked about above finally lost the first of its blooms today, but the rest are still going strong (3 months now!), and it's got a great new leaf growing.

My long petaled Phrag. species. They've all turned out really excellent. I'm really happy about it because many people find they are a little finicky. All of mine have had really long petals and several double spikes. Sweet plants.
