Is it just the one leaf in the front? It may just be shedding that old foliage.

In that second pic, those p'bulbs look like they are buried too deep, you might remove the top inch of media... Otherwise, you could rot the p'bulbs

Good call. I agree, the Pseudobulbs usually sit just at the top of media. With some Oncidiums this is not always possible as newer growths tend to be higher than the older bulbs and at some point the older leafless ones may have to be buried a bit. But these look rather low. Also is there good drainage in that pot? I don't see any side holes which would be preferred, but maybe you have them and I just can't see them.

I find a number of my Oncids get spotted leaves and I don't get water on the leaves so don't know why other than they seem to be prone to it. If it is an older leaf and there are no pests such as spider mites or scale on it, I wouldn't worry too much. Avoid misting when in bright light as this could burn the leaves.
