Its an amazing little mini Gastrochilus japonicas

Today I looked inside my vivarium and saw that this little guy was in bloom

my Gastrochilus japonicas, its really amazing, it has a little pouch on the front like a Paph. and has little red dots inside..

this was the best pic i could get

oh And also my Bllra. Big Shot Hilo Sparkle is in bloom they are both really pretty .

anyone else growing these?

Gastrochilus are fun little orchids. They're all minis. Great for people without much space.

Gorgeous, Gastrochilus japonicas is one of my favorite orchids, like Philip says it seems such a fun little orchid. Mine is in flower as well just now.

Your Bllra. Big Shot Hilo Sparkle is a lovely one as well.

Love Gastrochilus's! Congrats!! Mine just got done blooming a couple months ago, and will probably start up again soon! I love those pouches, and the dots inside. Have you noticed the lips are kinda fringed as well?

My Gastro is growing roots like crazy. No sign of blooms however....
