I'll have to try this! Maybe an intermediate to "warmish" growing masdevallia would like it...

I'd stay away from anything that needs quality water, as they said the clay does accumulate "salts". Maybe something that grows coastal might do better. Dendrobium lasianthera, Oncidium carthagenense or What they did a NEO and a Sedirea, 2 plants I've been meaning to get anyway.
